ATF is committed to democracy and democratic society. For ATF, democracy begins at home. It possesses an in-built democratic structures at all levels of the organization. Open advertisement of jobs and competitive selections enables it to upgrade its performance and introduce fresh blood and new ideas.
The goals of the organization are set by the Board of Trustees which is composed of 25 to 40 intellectuals. An Executive Committee is formed of seven members including the President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and members without portfolio. All these posts are elected by the Board of Trustees for a two-year period. The Board of Trustees consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Rapporteur. A Monitoring Committee is formed from the Board of Trustees to make a follow-up to the administrative and financial affairs of the organization.
The overall activities of the ATF is supervised by its President.

ATF s staff consist of 17 employees

Full time staff members.
