The Arab Thought Forum (ATF) is committed to the belief that state structures must be developed to serve and be responsive to an active and critical public, which is conscious of its obligations and duties, as well as its rights and entitlements
Forums are central to ATF‘s objectives and philosophy of promoting democratic practices and form an integral ingredient in the various projects and programs we undertake.
ATF is aware of the need to hold in-depth and detailed discussions about different issues of public interest and therefore hosts discussion groups, brainstorming sessions, conferences and seminars in which leading politicians and intellectuals often participate and where the public is invited to express their views. Furthermore, these forums provide a unique opportunity for ATF to carefully follow up on specific recommendations that may result. ATF also publishes the outcomes of its forums in its periodical journal and newsletter.
