Key areas of electoral reform that a joint TCC/ATF/CEC project could address, via inter-party dialogues, workshops and public town hall meetings.
The potential for electoral reform dialogue to reinforce political reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas.
Complementary activities that could be conducted to support the central electoral comission through civic outreach, voter education and staff capacity building efforts.
